Steven de Ridder

Steven De Ridder is an experienced Development Manager at Redevco B.V. since March 2022 and has been the owner and bestuurder of De Dreef BV since December 2019, focusing on familial real estate ventures. Prior to these roles, Steven served as bestuurder for Retail Forum Belgium from June 2018 to April 2022, which provides a platform for retailers. Steven's extensive background at Colruyt Group spanned from December 1999 to March 2022, where roles included Senior Expansion Manager, Conceptual Design Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Safety Coordinator, overseeing growth, architectural design, project management, and safety coordination for various building projects. Steven holds a Master’s degree in Architecture and Civil Engineering from Ghent University and has additional qualifications in safety coordination.
