Micah Hunter is a skilled project manager with extensive experience in affordable housing development and financial feasibility analysis. Currently serving as a Project Manager at The NHP Foundation since November 2021, Micah specializes in analyzing project financials, exploring funding sources, and engaging in business development through acquisitions and joint ventures. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at B&B Urban, focusing on construction management and project financing, and Senior Underwriter and Project Manager at the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development, where Micah reviewed housing proposals and issued financing for supportive projects.
