Redevelopment Management Associates (RMA)

Redevelopment Management Associates (RMA) was formed in 2009, bringing together a phenomenal team of redevelopment experts passionate about building better communities. We don’t just draft plans, we implement them. RMA is the most experienced full service consulting and management firm in the state of Florida specializing in revitalizing core areas and corridors for cities, counties, and special districts nationwide. In 2009, Kim and Chris recognized that all too often cities try but can’t get redevelopment efforts off the ground. They draft plans that either sit on shelves or don’t produce the results promised by their consultants. We truly believe the goal of redeveloping an area will only succeed if a consulting firm can accurately identify what is inhibiting good growth. After more than 50 years of combined experience in the redevelopment arena, we are able to do just that. Our “In-house” team consists of a wide variety of skill sets that together, produce results that are unmatched by a single purpose firm. We have architects, urban designers, planners, economic developers, real estate and marketing professionals, and financial analysts. Cities need all of those professionals to create a successful redevelopment platform. We also recognized that while consultants draft plans for cities, rarely do they implement them. Our careers started off in the field, writing then implementing redevelopment plans and living the day-to-day struggle of creating change. We truly do know what works and what doesn’t. Our clients can feel the passion in our team members because when they are at work, they know they are impacting many lives in a positive way. There is nothing more rewarding than helping a business open its doors, or seeing a city commissioner or mayor succeed at building a better life for their citizens.
