Ullrich Speer

Dr. Ullrich Speer is an accomplished professional with 25 years of experience in machine building, sales, project management, product management, and product development. Currently serving as CEO and Managing Director at Friedrich Binder GmbH since June 2024 and as Owner and Managing Director of USSICS since July 2019, Dr. Speer specializes in facilitating business operations for foreign companies aiming to enter the German and European markets. Previous roles include Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Redex GmbH from January 2021 to May 2024, Director of the Environmental Division at Lechler GmbH from April 2012 to June 2019, and various sales and management positions at Haulick + Roos GmbH, LAPP Group, and HamaTech GmbH & Singulus AG.
