Andrés Oliva

Andrés Oliva is the Residential Manager at Redexis Gas. Prior to this, they worked as the CSO SME at Orange Spain from August 2010 to July 2019. Andrés was responsible for spearheading and monitoring a direct / indirect team of 100 and 1.5K people, respectively, to ensure operational excellence. Andrés also played a keen role in directing and managing the transformation of sales channels to SMEs from volume orientation in SOHO, with keen focus on value and profitability in the SME segment.

Andrés has accomplished many things during their career. Andrés achieved sales volume, revenue, and EBITDA objectives by heading direct / indirect sales channels to SMEs of their previous company. Additionally, they optimized sales volume by over 10% year-on-year through development of ARPU and cross-selling convergent products, both in attracting and retaining customer portfolio. Andrés also secured CHURN Reduction by 5 p.p. and ensured optimal performance and robust revenue growth by recruiting and training cross-functional team of 25 direct sellers. Lastly, they played an active role in overseeing all launch aspects of cloud portfolio commercialization for SMEs.

Andrés got their start in the professional world as a Marketing and Sales Manager at Telemovil Comunicaciones from February 2009 to July 2010. Andrés then went on to work as a Consulting & Advisor at A4GO Consulting.

Andres Oliva has a PDD from IESE Business School in Executive Development and a Marketing & Sales Managment degree from IESE in Marketing.
