Mackenzie Norton currently serves as a Contract Consultant and Farber Fellow at REDF since June 2025. Previously, Mackenzie worked as a Center Aide and AmeriCorps Program Support Fellow at Higher Achievement from September 2023 to May 2025, and as an English Language and Culture Teacher at Ministerio de Educación, España from August 2022 to July 2023. Earlier experience includes a role as a Program Assistant with the United Nations Association of the National Capital Area in summer 2021, and a Summer Intern position at Impact in June 2020. Mackenzie holds a Master of Business Administration with a Certificate in Sustainable Business and a Certificate in Non-Market Strategy from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business (2024 - 2026) and a Bachelor's Degree in Development Economics and International Development from McGill University (2018 - 2022). Mackenzie graduated with a High School Diploma in General Studies from Rye High School in 2018.
