Kerry D. Chandler

Kerry D. Chandler has been one of our directors since August 2020. Since December 2018, Ms. Chandler has been chief human resources officer of Endeavor (a global entertainment, sports, and content company). Previously, Ms. Chandler was chief human resources officer at Under Armour (a performance apparel and footwear company) from January 2015 to November 2018. Prior to that time, Ms. Chandler was global head of human resources at Christie’s from January 2014 to November 2014, the senior human resources executive at the National Basketball Association from October 2007 to January 2014, and senior vice president of human resources for ESPN, a division of The Walt Disney Company, from January 2000 to December 2005. She then went on to hold key positions as senior vice president of human resources at Hong Kong Disneyland in 2006 and senior vice president of corporate responsibility until October 2007. Previously, Ms. Chandler held various human resources roles of increasing responsibility at IBM, Motorola, ExxonMobil, and McDonnell Douglas. Ms. Chandler has a bachelor’s degree from Lincoln University in Missouri, a master’s degree in human resources management from Washington University in St. Louis, and a master’s degree in management from McGill University in Montreal. Ms. Chandler has also completed INSEAD’s international masters in practicing management program. We believe that Ms. Chandler’s experience as a senior executive at leading companies across diverse industries qualifies her to serve on our board of directors.
