Ed Tiedje

Ed Tiedje has a diverse range of work experience. Ed started their career as a Police Officer, where they were responsible for developing and managing the department's training program. In 2006, they became an Expert Witness and Co-Custodian of Records for various criminal and civil cases related to Photo Enforcement.

In 2007, Tiedje joined Redflex as a Client Services Specialist, where they served as a liaison between the client and the company for system issues and changes. Ed then moved on to become a Senior Program Implementation Specialist, responsible for implementing high-level accounts and new accounts in different states.

From 2011 to 2018, Tiedje worked as a Regional Manager at Redflex and then became the Private Investigator Agency Head in 2016, overseeing 75 registered Private Investigators and ensuring compliance with state guidelines.

In 2018, Tiedje joined Verra Mobility as the Director of U.S. Client Services. In this role, they manage client relationships, develops budgets, handles revenue projections, and oversees program expansion. Ed also leads a team of Customer Service Managers responsible for implementing new projects and providing day-to-day operational support for the photo-enforcement program.

Throughout their career, Tiedje has testified as an expert witness in various states and worked on key cases such as State of Arizona vs Jaime Morrone and State of New York vs Jerrel Henry.

Overall, Tiedje has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in client services, program implementation, and legal matters related to Photo Enforcement.

Ed Tiedje attended Arizona State University from 2018 to 2020, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they studied Criminal Justice/Police Science at Triton College. Ed has also obtained various certifications throughout their career, including being a Firearms Instructor from the National Rifle Association, an O.C. Instructor from NORTH EAST MULTI-REGIONAL TRAINING INC, an Illinois Police Officer from the Cook County Sheriff's Department, and a Taser Instructor from TASER International.
