Promise E.

Promise E. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2017 to 2023. They started their career at DePaul University as a Course online Technical Support in Education, where they provided customer service, resolved technical issues, performed installations, and contributed to software development. In 2019, they transitioned to BCG on People and Organization as a DevOps Support Engineer until 2020. Afterwards, they joined eTeam as a Cloud Support Analyst, providing support until 2022. Currently, Promise E. works at Redflex as a JPC Support Engineer.

Promise E. obtained a Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from DePaul University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, Promise E. attended the National Institute of Information Technology from 2014 to 2015, studying Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. In terms of certifications, Promise E. obtained a Microsoft Certification from Microsoft in September 2018, a Big Data Using Hadoop Program certification from DePaul University-Institute for Professional Development in June 2018, and a Network Systems Technician (NST) certification from NIIT Technologies in September 2015.
