Adrian Banks

Adrian Banks began their work experience in 2001 at Granta Design, where they served as a Software Engineer and eventually was promoted to Senior Software Engineer. In this role, they provided assistance to colleagues and prepared presentations. Adrian also worked as a Technical Lead and Software Team Lead, managing a team of five individuals and overseeing the technical direction of projects.

In 2014, Adrian joined Redgate Software as a Software Engineer, working on SQL Source Control and later SQL Monitor. Adrian contributed to the development of new features and addressed issues within the products. Adrian also participated in a database versioning research project and collaborated with a team to enhance productivity and SQL Prompt. Currently, Adrian holds the position of Lead Software Engineer in Test Data Management at Redgate Software.

Adrian Banks obtained their MEng degree in Electronic & Software Engineering (Hons) from the University of Leicester, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Adrian also obtained the Certified ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance in November 2012.
