Chris George has extensive experience in software testing and engineering, currently serving as the Head of Engineering Professional Development, Head of Coaching, and Technical Coach at Redgate Software since February 2018. In this multifaceted role, Chris provides guidance on quality-related aspects of software development, including test automation and exploratory testing. Prior to this, Chris held positions such as Senior Test Consultant and Principal Test Engineer at Cambridge Consultants, where responsibilities included providing test expertise and leading projects from requirements analysis to release. Chris's earlier experience includes roles such as Head of Test Engineering and Test Engineer at Redgate Software, Software Test Manager at SysMedia Ltd, and QA Engineer/Manager at Cyberscience Corporation. Chris holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of East Anglia, completed in 1996.
