Jose Lima

Jose Lima is a Senior Engineering Manager at Redgate Software, where responsibilities include overseeing the performance and wellbeing of Technical Leads and Engineers, primarily within the Test Data Management group. With a background in software engineering, Jose has served as a Quality Coach, enhancing the engineering function through coaching in quality and software testing, and previously excelled as a Test Engineer. Outside of technology, Jose held leadership roles in sports, including Technical Director of Futsal at Cambridge United Football Club and Goalkeeper Coach at both Peterborough United Football Club and Somerset FA Partially Sighted Centre of Excellence. Jose holds a BSc (Honours) in Computer Science from the University of Bath and a BTEC National Diploma in Information Technology from the City of Westminster College.
