Maxime Drobot

Maxime Drobot is an experienced product manager currently at Redgate Software since December 2019. Prior to this role, Maxime held the position of Head of Products at Blacktrace Holdings Ltd from August 2010 to January 2018, overseeing strategy, budget, and sales for six product brands, while managing a team of seven and coordinating with other departments. Maxime also progressed through various roles within the Applications and Support team at Blacktrace, culminating in the Chief Applications and Support Officer position, where responsibilities included team management and customer satisfaction. Earlier experience includes roles at Pfizer as a Medicinal Chemist and at Syngenta and AstraZeneca in R&D and process chemistry. Maxime holds an MSc in Chemistry specializing in Organic Chemistry from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Montpellier and completed intense preparatory education at Lycee Louis-le-Grand.
