Michael Upton

Michael Upton has a work history that spans several roles in different companies. Michael began their career as a Software Engineer at TEKTRONIX CAMBRIDGE LIMITED in 2001 and worked there until 2011. In 2011, they joined Redgate Software as a Senior Software Engineer and was later promoted to Project Manager. Michael then moved on to become a Technical Lead and subsequently a Development Manager. In 2022, they became a Senior Engineering Manager at Redgate Software, and in 2023 they were appointed as the Head of Portfolio and Systems Delivery.

Michael Upton obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electronics and Software Engineering from the University of Birmingham, where they studied from 1997 to 2001.
