Michelle Medd has extensive experience in the human resources field, currently serving as a People Partner at Red Gate Software since August 2007. Previous roles at Red Gate include HR Advisor, HR Administrator, and Sales Administrator. Prior to this, Michelle held the position of Customer Service Advisor at Turpin Distribution from August 2006 to August 2007. In terms of education, Michelle earned a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Anglia Ruskin University in 2013 and completed the CIPD qualification at the same institution from 2010 to 2012.
