Conrad Hills is a seasoned headhunter and partner specializing in retail/SME banking, insurance, and wealth management. Currently co-leading the Financial Services practice at Redgrave since September 2017, Conrad advises on Board and ExCo appointments and executive recruitment. Previously, as the Managing Director at Norman Broadbent Group, extensive expertise was developed in advising on Board appointments and hiring executives, including Non-Executive Directors and Chief Executives. Conrad's career began at McGregor Boyall, advancing through roles at Boyden UK and The JM Group, where leadership in financial services recruitment was established. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Accounting from the University of Kent and O-levels and A-levels from Neale Wade Grammar School.
