Imogen Seear

Imogen Seear is a seasoned executive search professional currently serving as Principal and Head of Travel & Lifestyle at Redgrave since January 2024. Prior to this role, Imogen held the position of Principal - Head of Consumer EMEA at The Barton Partnership, overseeing business development and account management for a diverse client base in the consumer sector from January 2021 to January 2024. Imogen's career at Redgrave began in March 2017, advancing from Associate Consultant to Senior Consultant before attaining the Principal role. Earlier experience includes a position as Assistant Manager at The Crabtree, where responsibilities spanned various operational and marketing tasks.
