Jon Boyle

Jon Boyle is a seasoned executive in the field of recruitment and leadership advisory, currently serving as a Partner at Redgrave Partners since September 2019, where Jon leads the Infrastructure & Mobility Practice. Prior to Redgrave, Jon held the position of Partner at Heidrick & Struggles from January 2001 to August 2019, where responsibilities included global management of the Transportation & Logistics Practice and establishment of the Dubai office. Earlier experience includes roles as Managing Consultant & Team Leader at Michael Page Group Plc, Consultant at Robert Walters Associates, and Experienced Audit Senior at Arthur Andersen & Co. Jon Boyle earned an MA in Law (Hons Classical Studies) from the University of Cambridge.
