Lotte Kjønø Olsen

Lotte Kjønø Olsen is an Associate at Redgrave since February 2023, specializing in executive search and leadership advisory with a focus on fostering long-term client relationships. Lotte is also a member of Women in Data® and WomenTech Network, both joining in March 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Analyst at Albany Partners, where responsibilities involved placing senior technology leaders and developing researcher resources, and as a Business Analyst at Tiral, providing support to start-ups in the energy sector. Earlier roles include waiting staff at LOFTHUS SAMVIRKELAG LL, managing operations and training, and an internship at Joulon, focused on legal procedures for foreign entities. Lotte holds a Master's of Science in Industrial/Organizational and Business Psychology from UCL and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Syracuse University, complemented by an International Baccalaureate from the International School of Stavanger.
