Martin Smith

Martin Smith is an experienced executive interim specialist currently serving as Partner and Head of Executive Interim at Redgrave since August 2021. With a strong background in talent consulting and interim management, Martin previously held leadership roles at Sheffield Haworth, Harrison James Executive, and Penna, where Martin successfully managed executive mandates and led transformational change initiatives. Starting their career as a Senior Consultant at Morgan Hunt, Martin also gained experience in operational roles with the Department for Work and Pensions. Martin holds a BSc. Hons in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Portsmouth and has built a reputation for establishing collaborative relationships and delivering exceptional leadership services across international markets.
