Matthew Finnegan

Matthew Finnegan is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in media and entertainment. As a partner at Redgrave since January 2008, Matthew has been instrumental in the firm's development and currently leads the Media & Entertainment practice, focusing on senior management and board-level hires. Prior to joining Redgrave, Matthew served as a Senior Consultant at Imprint Search & Selection from October 2004 to January 2008 and worked as a Managing Consultant at Michael Page from December 1997 to September 2004, where Matthew began a career in recruitment as a graduate trainee. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration & Psychology from Aston University, attended Douai School, and Cranmore School.
