Paul Burnell

Paul Burnell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. As Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Executive Officer at Redgrave from April 2017 to August 2023, Paul directed operations in a boutique executive search firm renowned for its innovative approach and international reach. Prior to Redgrave, Paul held prominent positions including President of London Scottish RFC and Managing Director at Lomond Consulting, where expertise in identifying and acquiring top talent was developed. Additional experience includes significant commercial roles at FCC Environment, Biffa Waste Management, ATS Euromaster, and AssetCo PLC, showcasing a successful track record in business turnaround and growth. Paul also has a rich background in professional rugby, having played for Scotland, the British Lions, and served as Club Captain at London Scottish Rugby Club. Education was completed at De Montfort University with a BSc(Hons) in Law, Accountancy, and Land Economy.
