Rind Bajwa

Rind Bajwa is a seasoned technology and digital expert, currently serving as the Head of Technology, Digital & Data Practice at Redgrave since October 2023. With over a decade of experience in senior leadership roles across various private sector industries, Rind has previously held significant positions such as Director of the Executive Search Practice for Technology, Digital & Data at Green Park, and Associate Director at Hamlyn Williams, where responsibilities included leading teams in FinTech and RegTech. Earlier career highlights include roles at Michael Page, overseeing technology and digital recruitment in the South West and South Wales, and positions at GDS International focused on sales. Rind holds a 2:1 Law BA (Hons) degree from the University of the West of England.
