Martin started their career in 2006 as a Senior Consultant at Morgan Hunt. Martin then moved to Penna in 2008, where they spent 6 years as the Sector Lead for Executive Interim. In 2014, they left Penna to start Harrison James Executive with two other partners. Martin remained at Harrison James Executive until 2018, when they joined Sheffield Haworth.
At Sheffield Haworth, Martin served as the Executive Director for Executive Interim & Advisory Services. Martin was with Sheffield Haworth for just over 2 years before joining Redgrave in July 2021.
Martin Smith achieved a BSc. Hons in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Portsmouth. Prior to that, they attained 9 GCSE's and 4 'A' Levels from William Parker Secondary School.
