Prior to joining Redgrave, Matthew was a Managing Associate at Korn Ferry, where they specialized in recruiting financial officers for clients in the UK and Europe. Before Korn Ferry, Matthew worked as an Executive Consultant in the finance practice at Goodman Masson. During their time at Goodman Masson, Matthew progressed from Consultant to Senior Consultant to Executive Consultant.
