Ryan Sutch

Ryan Sutch has extensive experience in operations management, logistics management, manufacturing management, culture development, P&L management, and customer service management. Ryan has held various roles throughout their career, starting as an hourly associate at Murphy Logistics in 2001. Ryan then progressed to become an operations associate, operations supervisor, and senior operations manager at Murphy Logistics, where they were responsible for business development, facility expansion, and implementing SOPs. In 2020, they became the general manager at eShipping Distribution Services, overseeing multi-facility distribution facilities with $75M annual revenue and implementing food safety program initiatives. From 2021 to 2022, they served as the director of warehouse operations at Airxcel, Inc, leading a $300M, 24-hour, multi-state manufacturing and distribution operation. Ryan then worked as the general manager at Penske Logistics, where they were responsible for contract distribution facility management and leading culture development and facility expansion. Currently, they hold the position of director of operations at RedGuard, where they utilize their innovative and organized approach to drive operational success.

Ryan Sutch's education history includes a Bachelor of General Studies in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, which they are currently pursuing starting in 2022. Prior to that, they attended the University of Minnesota from 1999 to 2002, where they studied Education. In addition to their formal education, Ryan has obtained several certifications, including SQF Internal Auditor from Registar Corp in October 2020, IWLA 3PL Sales and Rates from the International Warehouse Logistics Association in August 2015, Principles of HACCP + CODEX from Focused Consulting for Food Safety in May 2015, and IWLA Essentials of Warehousing from the International Warehouse Logistics Association in November 2014.
