Amanda Thompson is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Director of Strategic Workforce Planning and previously as the Director of Global Human Resources Business Partners at Red Hat. With over a decade of experience at Hyland, Amanda has successfully led teams of strategic People Business Partners while advising C-Level executives on organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning. Amanda's career also includes roles as a Senior Technical Recruiter and leadership positions in professional organizations, including chairing the Northern Ohio Human Resource Conference and the Cleveland Staffing Management Association. Amanda holds a Master's degree in Adult Learning and Development from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication and Sports Management from Kent State University.
