Amanda Thompson

Amanda Thompson is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic workforce planning and development. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Workforce Planning and Director of Global Human Resources Business Partners at Red Hat, Amanda oversees HR Business Partners for a large organization of 6,000 employees. Prior experience includes leading teams of People Business Partners at Hyland, advising C-Level executives, and managing significant HR initiatives including the Northern Ohio Human Resource Conference and roles with The Staffing Management Association. Amanda holds a Master's degree in Adult Learning and Development from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication and Sports Management from Kent State University.
