Allison Murphy

Allison Murphy, SPHR, has extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as Vice President, Manager Talent Management at First Citizens Bank since September 2014. In this role, responsibilities include enhancing enterprise Talent Management programs, leading M&A workstreams, and managing a high-performing team. Prior to this position, Allison held various roles at CIT, including Vice President of Human Resources and Assistant Vice President of Talent Management, where key contributions included executive succession planning, employee engagement initiatives, and HR data analysis. Allison began the career in HR as an Analyst and has also engaged in political organization and recruitment roles. Allison earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from the University of New Hampshire.
