Craig Mullen, Assoc CIPD, currently serves as Principal Field and Partner Enablement at Red Hat, where they focus on empowering individuals and enhancing learning experiences. Previously, they held various roles in sales and learning development at organizations such as Oracle, Square, and Indeed.com. With a BSc in Music Technology from Leeds Metropolitan University and a Level 5 Diploma in Learning & Development (CIPD), Craig has consistently applied innovative methods to facilitate employee growth and engagement throughout their career. Additionally, they contributed to youth development at Leeds Faith in Schools, establishing meaningful relationships within educational environments.
