Jaime Soley

Jaime Soley serves as the Director of Global Consulting Operations for Services at Red Hat since April 2019, leading a team dedicated to optimizing revenue and margins in consulting and Technical Account Management services. Prior to this, Jaime held several leadership roles at Xerox from 2005 to 2018, including Senior Director of EPMO - Program Management, where Jaime managed a $10M budget and developed governance processes. Additional positions at Xerox encompassed managing global operations, strategy and operations for a new start-up in remote services, leading transformation efforts in supply chain, and promoting Design for Lean Six Sigma initiatives. Jaime holds an MBA in Operations Management and Strategy from the University of Rochester's Simon Business School, an MEng in Engineering/Industrial Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology.
