Joshua Darder

Joshua Darder is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and management. Currently, Joshua serves as the Manager of Information and Technology Services at Red Hat, having progressed through various roles including IT Support Manager, Associate Manager of the Service Desk, Senior IT Support Engineer, and IT Support Engineer since March 2016. Joshua specializes in IT remote support and serves as the subject matter expert for IT Mail Services, providing support to all Red Hat employees. Prior to Red Hat, Joshua worked as an I.T Help Desk Support Analyst at Robert Half Technology, offering technical support to regional offices, and as a Help Desk Technician at Advanced Internet Technologies, Inc., where responsibilities involved troubleshooting issues for a wide range of customers. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Technology with a concentration in Business Information Systems from Methodist University, Fayetteville, NC, completed in 2012.
