Léonard Bodmer

Léonard Bodmer is an experienced revenue leader and strategist with a strong background in driving business growth across Europe, particularly as the Revenue Leader for Western Europe at Red Hat since October 2010. With previous roles including Chief of Staff & Business Strategy Office EMEA and Senior Regional Director for the ALPS Region, Léonard has consistently fostered customer success and established partnerships that enhance Red Hat's presence and profitability. As a co-founder of Ann&Line, Léonard advocates for sustainable fashion, prioritizing ethical sourcing and production practices. Prior experience at IBM involved leadership roles focused on sales development and business growth across the EMEA region, alongside project management at Shell and early career work as a mechanical CAD designer at Sulzer Turbo Services. Léonard holds an Executive Development Certification from London Business School and a degree in Business Administration from Juventus Schulen Zürich.
