Michael Mulcahy

Michael Mulcahy is a Senior Manager of APAC Order Management at Red Hat Singapore, where they oversee processes designed to deliver value and continuous improvement in order management. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Red Hat from 2018 to 2022, including Order To Invoice Senior Global Process Analyst and EMEA Billing Manager. Michael's early career included roles at MICROS Systems Inc as a team lead and support specialist from 2002 to 2006, as well as a brief stint as a bartender at Frenzi Group Limited in 2006. They hold a Master’s Degree in Business from Cork Institute of Technology and a Certified Project Management Diploma from the Institute of Project Management Ireland.
