Pete Ditmars

Pete Ditmars is a collaborative and hands-on technical leader with extensive experience in software development and support, particularly within Agile engineering teams. They have over seven years of experience maintaining a mission-critical SaaS production environment in the payments industry and have held various roles, including software engineer and engineering manager. Currently, they serve as a Principal Software Engineer at Red Hat in the Agentic and AI Engineering Tools team. Pete has significantly contributed to multiple organizations, including Sonus Networks, Oracle, and Vantiv, where they have excelled in team management, project leadership, and system architecture. They hold bachelor's degrees in Computer Science from Cornell University and in leadership from Babson College.
