Sathish Balakrishnan

Sathish Balakrishnan has extensive leadership experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Vice President and GM of the Ansible Business Unit at Red Hat since September 2013, overseeing Ansible and Automation business. Prior roles at Red Hat include Vice President and General Manager of Hybrid Cloud, where responsibilities encompassed the Red Hat Developer Tools and Red Hat Cloud Marketplaces, and Vice President of Hosted Platforms for OpenShift, focusing on Red Hat’s hosted products and services. Before Red Hat, Sathish held significant positions at LiveOps, Deloitte Consulting, Accenture, Cisco Systems, and Alcatel, gaining expertise in SaaS, PaaS, product management, customer success, and strategy. Sathish holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bharathidasan University and an MBA in Marketing, Strategy, and Technology from the Indian School of Business.
