Steven Winkler

Steven Winkler is an experienced technology leader currently serving as a Sr. Manager of Software Engineering at Red Hat since December 2021, where significant contributions include transforming CDN and Engineering Infrastructure solutions with a focus on security and user-friendliness, while also driving cost savings through automation and data visualization. Prior to Red Hat, Steven held various leadership roles at CommScope from March 2012 to December 2021, overseeing IT Cloud Financials, Enterprise Compute Architecture, and network management, and successfully leading cloud migrations and complex engineering teams. Steven began a career in technology with the United States Marine Corps from May 2007 to March 2012, providing critical IT solutions and managing extensive network systems. Steven holds a Master's degree in Information Technology & Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a BAS in Public Safety Management from Florida SouthWestern State College.
