Thomas Wileman is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in both corporate and military environments. Currently serving as Principal Data Scientist at Red Hat since September 2019, Thomas has led the development of models to enhance customer feedback analysis and improve infrastructure tracking through generative AI. Previous roles at Red Hat included Senior Data Scientist, where Thomas migrated a significant data science project to an internal platform, and Data Scientist, where strategic sales opportunities were identified, generating substantial annual recurring revenue. Prior to Red Hat, Thomas worked at the Office of Naval Intelligence and the US Navy, leading intelligence analysis and team operations. Thomas holds a Master of Quantitative Management in Business Analytics from Duke University, a Master of Arts in Defense and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, and a Bachelor of Science in Polymer Chemistry from North Carolina State University.
