Valerie Hill

Valerie Hill is an experienced sales and account management professional with a strong background in workforce diversity and inclusion. Currently serving as a Sales Account Manager at Red Hat since April 2022, Valerie previously held roles including Senior Solutions Support Specialist at Ricoh Business Solutions and Account Executive at Disability Solutions. As Director of Talent Connect at The Center for Head Injury Services, Valerie managed a team focused on helping businesses diversify their workforce and comply with federal regulations. Earlier experiences include Talent Connect Project Manager and Employment Services Coordinator, where efforts were directed towards building skilled workforces in the manufacturing and distribution sectors.
