Redhawk VC
Mickey Millsap is the co-founder and partner of Redhawk VC. Mickey has also served as the executive director of k12 Lean Labs, a Birmingham based K-12 education incubator focused on identifying, developing, and launching innovative technologies, programs, and solutions that positively impact Alabama students. Prior to that, Mickey was a professor of business/entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship and innovation instructor at The University of Alabama at Birmingham from August 2014 to December 2018. Mickey's other experience includes serving as a high school science teacher with Teach For America from June 2011 to June 2013 and founding/CEO of Givability, Inc. from October 2009 to November 2010.
Mickey Millsap began their educational career by obtaining a BS in finance from Florida State University. They then continued their education by obtaining an MBA in management and entrepreneurship from the Texas McCombs School of Business. Finally, they completed their education with a degree from Vanderbilt University.
