Eric R.

Eric R. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Eric has held various roles in different companies. Starting in 1994, they served as a U.S. Marine Officer, KC-130J Instructor Pilot, and Assistant Operations Officer in the United States Marine Corps. Eric was responsible for instructing students and leading large-scale aircraft exercises. In 2008, Eric joined Tekla Research Inc as a Data Scientist, where they developed statistical models and machine learning algorithms for engineering and business problems. Eric also served as an Engineering Project Manager, Senior Data Analyst, and Business Analyst during their time at Tekla. In 2019, they worked at The Jockey Club as a Data Scientist, where they applied machine learning techniques and statistical inference to provide strategic insights. Eric then joined ASEC as a Senior Data Scientist in 2019. From 2020 to 2022, Eric worked at ESPIRE SERVICES, LLC as a Senior Data Scientist, where they focused on segmenting populations and developing predictive models for marketing campaigns. Lastly, they are currently working at Redhorse Corporation as a Lead Data Scientist.

Eric R. earned a Master's Degree in Applied Statistics from the University of Kentucky in 2016-2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Quantitative Analysis and Operations Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2011-2012. Eric also completed a DAU Level I certification in Program Management & Test and Evaluation from the Defense Acquisition University in 2009-2010. Eric R. received their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Eastern Kentucky University in 1994-1999. Eric R. has additional certifications in ASQ Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Test and Evaluation Professional (CTEP), Earned Value Management Professional (EVMP), and Project Management Professional (PMP).
