Lance Orr

Vice President, National Security Operations at Redhorse Corporation

Lance Orr has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Lance began their career as a Watch Operations Officer at the United States Central Command, where they led a multi-agency watch team responsible for analyzing intelligence and providing immediate warnings of threats. Lance later served as a Counter-terrorism Analyst and Assistant Secretary of the Joint Staff at the same command.

Orr also held positions at various Air Force bases and squadrons, including Chief of the Intelligence Management Section at the 621st Air Mobility Operations Squadron, Chief of the Intelligence Division at the United States Air Force Mobility Weapons School, and Commander of the 314th Training Squadron.

In addition, Orr worked as Director of Staff and Chief of the ISR Force Readiness Branch at the Air Staff. Lance was also Deputy Chief of the Requirements and Analysis Division at USD(I)/Warfighter Support/ISR Operations.

More recently, Orr worked at Scitor Corporation as a Consultant and held multiple roles at Redhorse Corporation, including Vice President of National Security Operations and Director of Operations for the National Security Practice. Lance managed a variety of complex defense and intelligence programs and was responsible for service delivery, customer satisfaction, and staff development.

Throughout their career, Orr has demonstrated expertise in intelligence analysis, leadership, program management, and strategic planning.

Lance Orr graduated from Northland High School in 1989 with a High School diploma. Lance then attended the United States Air Force Academy from 1989 to 1993, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. Later, from 1997 to 1999, they pursued a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Troy University.
