Michael Rauseo

Vice President, National Security Growth at Redhorse Corporation

Michael Rauseo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Michael is currently the Vice President of Redhorse Corporation's National Security Growth Practice, responsible for driving overall growth and delivering data-driven decision support services to the Pentagon and Combatant Commands. Prior to that, they served as the Technical Director, managing contracts for the Office of the Secretary of Defense and Combatant Commands. Michael also worked as a Reserve Officer in the United States Marine Corps. In addition, they were a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Patriot CrossFit, LLC and a Senior Management Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, LLP. Earlier in their career, they served as a Branch Chief in the U.S. Marine Corps, where they contributed to budget formulation and authored briefings on intelligence programs. Michael also served as a Platoon Commander and Company Executive Officer, leading CI and HUMINT activities during combat tours for Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Michael Rauseo holds a Certificate in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University, completed in 2019. In 2013, they obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a focus on Public Management from George Mason University. In 2010, Michael completed coursework in National Budgeting & Statistics at the USDA Graduate School. Michael obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Psychology from Villanova University in 2004. Additionally, Michael has obtained certifications in strategic thinking from Cambridge Judge Business School and as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Hard Yards.
