Noah Klemm

As Redhorse’s Chief Delivery Officer Noah guides Redhorse’s internal alignment with the external market and customer needs to cultivate a long-term growth strategy, drawing upon more than five years of executive-level experience and more than eight years of success developing corporate strategic direction and ensuring profitable growth. Klemm leads post-acquisition integration as well as establishing and managing all innovation through its life cycle bringing investment discipline, agility, structure, and protection of intellectual property. Klemm will play an active role in all technology collaboration and partnership activities.

Klemm joins Redhorse following a career at Novetta of more than 20 years, which was recently acquired by Accenture Federal Services, where he served as National Security Commercial Director and Chief of Staff and led a high-profile integration of both companies’ National Security business units. As a Novetta executive, Klemm managed the successful acquisition and integration of multiple National Security-focused businesses, taking a major role in diligence and leading back-office integration of HR, benefits, recruiting, security, IT, and project operations.

As Vice President and Business Leader at Novetta, Klemm led business units focused on delivering mission-ready technology solutions in the DoD, IC, and federal civilian agencies including the Department of State where he began his career in GovCon as a Fellow supporting the U.S. Humanitarian Demining Program.

Noah has a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and International Politics from James Madison University.
