Rob Bates

Rob Bates is an experienced project manager currently leading a team at Redhorse Corporation, focusing on facility design and operational energy training for the US Army Corps of Engineers since September 2016. Prior to this role, Rob served as an Engineer Officer in the United States Army Reserve for nearly three decades, retiring from the 452nd Engineer Detachment (FEST-A). Additionally, Rob held positions as Operations Manager at Novitex Enterprise Solutions, overseeing a large staff and managing financial performance, and as Area Operations Manager at Pitney Bowes Government Solutions, where responsibilities included overseeing fulfillment for the 2010 Census Dress-Rehearsal. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Ball State University and a certification from the Defense Acquisition University as a Contracting Officer Representative.
