Mark Franklin

Mark Franklin possesses extensive experience in billing and data analysis, currently serving as a Billing Specialist at Redi Carpet since March 2021. Previous roles include Billing Analyst at SouthWest Water Company and at HCL Technologies as a Data Analyst. Mark's career also features a background in operations and billing at Just Energy, as well as supervisory experience in the call center at Reliant Energy. Mark completed studies at Harper College from 1986 to 1988.
