Farris Barakat

Farris Barakat has a diverse background in logistics and operations with experience spanning multiple leadership roles. Currently serving as a Logistics Quality Supplier for redi-Group North America, LLC since October 2022, Farris previously held the position of Executive Director at Light House Project from July 2015 to October 2022. Farris also contributed to Smart Courier Inc. as both Business Manager and Operations Manager in 2014 and 2012 respectively, focusing on operational efficiency and cost-saving initiatives. Earlier experience includes an internship at Habitat for Humanity Wake County, where Farris participated in the first interfaith build, as well as an internship and office assistant role at Douglass & Douglass Attorneys. Farris holds a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from North Carolina State University and graduated from Needham B Broughton High School in 2008.
