Janet began their career in 1987 as an Assistant Property Manager at Equitec Properties Company and later worked as a Property Manager at Hallwood Commercial Real Estate from 1991 to 2004. From 2004 to 2013, they held various roles at Reit Management & Research, LLC, including Sr. Property Manager and Area Director. In 2013, they worked as a Property Manager at Bedrock Real Estate Services before moving on to McKinley, Inc. in 2014, where they initially served as a Property Manager and later as a Regional Property Manager. Currently, they are the Director of Office Properties at REDICO. Janet's work experience showcases their expertise in property management and highlights their progressive career growth within the industry.
Janet Stevens, RPA, CPM completed their education in Architectural Construction Technology at Henry Ford College from 1990 to 1993. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications in property management. Janet is a certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and a certified Real Property Administrator (RPA) from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
