Sean Valentino has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles within the retail industry. Sean began their career at JCPenney in 1993 as a Sr. Loss Prevention Officer, where they worked until 2000. Following that, they joined Summit Place Mall as an Asst. General Manager, Director of Specialty Leasing, and Director of Marketing from 2000 to 2006. Afterward, Sean worked as the Director of Specialty Leasing at Thor Equities for a brief period in 2006. In the same year, they joined REDICO as the Mall Manager until 2014, when they were promoted to the role of Director of Retail Operations.

Sean Valentino CRM CRRP attended Baker College Business and Corporate Services from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree.
