Tanya Peart

Tanya Peart is the current Vice President of Information Technology at Rediker Software. Tanya has been with the company since January 2006, starting as the Assistant Network Manager. In their current role, they are responsible for leading the company's IT department and providing high-level technical support.

Under their guidance, the IT department has reformed and maintained the cloud platforms provisioned for customers, supervised and trained department staff, and managed assigned projects. Peart has also provided leadership in some areas of technology, such as designing network infrastructure, administering systems and servers, securing networks, and consistently monitoring network health conditions.

In addition, they have helped remodel and reform the cloud platform for thousands of users, researched and worked with various software platforms to provide a stable work environment for both employees and customers, and responded to emergency situations 24/7. Peart has always been a strong supporter of multiple platforms and provided support to both employees and customers throughout their time at Rediker Software.

Tanya Peart completed their undergraduate degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Business from Bay Path University. Tanya then went on to earn their Master of Science in Information Technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute at Hartford.

They work with Teresa Helton - Director, Training & Implementation, Robbin Vipond-Lauzon - CFO, and Andrew Anderlonis - President. Tanya Peart reports to Richard Rediker, CEO, Founder & Owner. Some direct reports include Kyle Larose - IT Help Desk Support Technician, Norick Peart - System Administrator.
