Dharshana Kosgalage leads Redington's Technology Solutions Group for the MEA region. He is a seasoned business leader with over two decades of experience in the technology industry.

He plays a role in building and driving the cloud division at Redington to a multi-million-dollar business. His leadership has been instrumental in enabling businesses to navigate complex challenges and capitalize on new opportunities.

Dharshana has completed his MBA from Edith Cowan University in Australia and has also pursued an organizational leadership program from The Wharton School, further honing his leadership skills and strategic thinking abilities.
